Returns Policy
At Sora, every ring is custom made to order, making every piece unique and crafted specifically for each customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our rings, we operate a no-return policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
1. Bespoke Rings
- All rings are individually crafted based on the customer’s chosen design, material, size, and finish.
- As each piece is uniquely made, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or personal preference.
- If the return is due to sizing, please note that we are only able to increase by one size after it has been made. Customers are responsible for confirming their chosen size and any required adjustments at the time of purchase.
- If the ring is too large, we are unfortunately unable to reduce it. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we can offer a remaking service at 50% of the original ring cost.
2. Exceptions - Manufacturing Defects
While we do not accept refunds or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you believe your ring has a structural defect due to a manufacturing fault, we will assess and offer a suitable resolution.
- Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your ring.
- The item must be returned for inspection before a decision is made.
- If a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
This policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
