Gift Cards

Sora gift cards can be purchased online or in-store and are aligned to our bespoke ring packages. These terms apply to all Sora gift cards.

1. Gift Card Value and Package Alignment

Sora gift cards may be presented as a package-aligned gift card, but each gift card carries a monetary value equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase.

The gift card’s monetary value is what will be applied at checkout when redeemed.

2. Redeeming a Gift Card

Gift cards can be redeemed toward eligible Sora products and services, including custom ring orders.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

If your purchase total exceeds the gift card value, you may pay the remaining balance using an accepted payment method.

3. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Remaining Balance

Upgrade: If the recipient chooses a ring/package priced higher than the gift card value, they can upgrade by paying the difference.

Downgrade: If the recipient chooses a ring/package priced lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used toward a future Sora purchase until the gift card expires.

Any remaining balance cannot be refunded or paid out in cash.

4. Pricing Changes and Package Availability

Ring/package prices may change over time. When a gift card is redeemed, it will be applied against current prices up to the gift card’s remaining monetary value.

If a specific ring type/package is no longer available, the gift card value may be used toward an alternative eligible Sora product or package.

5. Expiry

Gift cards must be redeemed within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exception (legal rights): This does not affect your statutory rights. Where applicable (for example, certain online purchases), cancellation rights may apply provided the gift card has not been used.

7. Transfers and Gifting

Gift cards and packages may be gifted or transferred to another person.

Gift cards and gifted/transferred packages cannot be refunded.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorised Use

Treat gift cards like cash. Sora is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged gift cards, or unauthorised use.

9. Relationship to Our Bespoke Ring Policy

Once a gift card is redeemed toward a bespoke ring, the order is subject to Sora’s Returns Policy (including our no-return policy except for manufacturing defects).
