Bookings Policy
At Sora, our workshops are booked experiences that require studio time, preparation, materials, and staffing to be arranged in advance. For this reason, the following booking and cancellation terms apply.
1. Workshop Bookings
- Once your workshop booking is paid, your space is reserved specifically for our chosen date.
- Please ensure you are able to attend on the date and time selected before completing your booking.
- Customers are responsible for arriving on time for their workshop. We allow a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your booking and your workshop may be cancelled.
- Late arrival, missed attendance, or cancellation due to arriving outside the grace period will not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, or complimentary rebooking.
2. Rescheduling
- You may change the date of your workshop free of charge at any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the workshop may not be accepted and will be treated as a late cancellation.
- All new workshop dates are subject to availability.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 5 days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the workshop will incur a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may reschedule your booking free of charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop and is subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are 100% non-refundable.
4. No-Shows
- If you do not attend your workshop, this will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking.
- No-shows are 100% non-refundable.
5. Group Bookings
- For group bookings, the same cancellation and rescheduling terms apply to the full booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If one or more guests in a group cannot attend, we will not be able to offer a partial refund, as materials, staffing, and studio time are arranged based on the original number of participants booked.
6. Changes Made by Sora
In the unlikely event that Sora needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will offer you the option to move your booking to a new date or receive a full refund.
